As much as possible! Event setup dates and times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and tend to fill quickly. Please be advised that your event date will not be reserved until the order is placed and the 50% retainer fee has been received. We accommodate based on our schedule at the time of booking. We may be able to help you at the last minute if our schedule allows.
Yes, we deliver to the Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire areas. We offer free delivery within 10 miles of our Tyngsboro, MA home base. A fee of $0.70 per mile will be added for distances outside of that range. Kindly note that renting a balloon decor structure will require two round trips for setup and breakdown.

Most balloon decor uses air-filled balloons, but helium is available upon request. Helium filled latex balloons are porous and float times cannot be guaranteed.
Latex balloons are a natural product and are susceptible to factors like wind, rain, handling, and sunlight. Balloons may oxidize in outdoor conditions and have a velvet/matte sheen. Although the highest quality balloons are used, discoloration and popping can occur. Please note that we cannot ensure the longevity of your balloons after they have been delivered or picked up. We will replace anything we pop in transport or during setup. Indoor balloon decor could last up to a month or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.
Latex balloons are a natural product and are susceptible to factors like wind, rain, handling, and sunlight. Balloons may oxidize in outdoor conditions and develop a velvet/matte sheen. Despite utilizing balloons of the highest quality, instances of discoloration and popping may still occur. Outdoor balloon decorations are better situated in shaded, low heat areas to minimize discoloration and popping. We also suggest using lighter colors for outdoor events.
Upon finalizing your order and accepting the quotation, you may proceed with payment online through Venmo or PayPal. Personal checks are also accepted.
Once your event is confirmed, the event date and time slot will be reserved exclusively for you, and the necessary supplies for your event will be procured accordingly.
If the event is canceled and the Daisy Balloon Boutique is notified within 2 days (48 hours) of the contracted date, the retainer can be applied to a future date (valid for one year from the original scheduled date). The new date is subject to Daisy Balloon Boutique’s availability. However, no refunds will be given.
Orders canceled less than 2 days from the event are not eligible for cancellation, no exceptions.
